Q-Does this size run small?
A: Some of our items do.
This is generally noted in the item description, however if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!
Q- What about custom sizing?
A: For our dog items that are GrimmCity sewn, custom sizing is available! Dogs come in all sorts of unique shapes and sizes, their apparel and accessories should accommodate accordingly!
Q-Shipping is listed as 2-3 weeks, do you not have these in stock?
A- While we do carry a small inventory
most of our items are hand printed or sewn upon order.
Q-How do I track my order?
A- All orders are assigned a tracking number upon shipment, which is emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Q- What are my delivery options?
A- Most of our shipments are shipped via USPS or standard ground via UPS
